TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SEND PARENT POWER PLAN

These Terms and Conditions outline the terms for the SEND Parent Power Plan. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following, in addition to the main SENDHelp Terms and Conditions, which provide further protections and guidelines.

1. PAYMENT

1.1 Final and Non-Refundable: All payments for the SEND Parent Power Plan are final and non-refundable.

1.2 Full Payment at Booking: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your consultation and plan development.

2. RESCHEDULING

2.1 48-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule your consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice.

2.2 Requests within 48 Hours: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may not be accommodated and are subject to the terms outlined in Section 3 (Cancellations).

3. CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Non-Refundable Cancellations within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation are non-refundable.

3.2 Rescheduling for Cancellations Made Earlier: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the consultation may be eligible for rescheduling but are not eligible for a refund.

4. NO-SHOW POLICY

4.1 Non-Refundable and Non-Reschedulable: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation (a “no-show”), this is considered non-refundable and is not eligible for rescheduling.

5. USE OF RESOURCES

5.1 Personal Use Only: The roadmap, templates, and tools provided through the SEND Parent Power Plan are intended for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed in any form.

6. LIABILITY

6.1 Guidance and Responsibility: The SEND Parent Power Plan provides educational guidance and support but does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advocacy services. You are responsible for implementing any advice and strategies provided.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For further details on rights, responsibilities, and protections, please refer to the main SENDHelp Terms and Conditions. These additional Terms cover policies on confidentiality, data protection, liability limitations, and other protections that apply to all SENDHelp services.

8. AGREEMENT

By booking the SEND Parent Power Plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the main SENDHelp Terms and Conditions.
